After the getting of 6 days complete shutdown because we had to repalce the sprockets and chain of new chinese bucket elevator,since from the day one of commissioning it had been a trouble for us,we got the chance to rebuild our rollers.Here are the few pics how the bad condition was....and think about ...our output ......down..down and down.And after profiling we got incresed output but not so good because it is the time to complete replacement of rollers.

To live a happy life there are two simple ways...
1. Whatever you like ....just learn to get it.
or
2. Whatever you get ...just learn to like it.

If you born poor it's not your mistake
but
If you die poor it's your mistake...

I wonder when i was satisfied!!!When i never had any kind of problems...tensions....in the childhood.....no no...that time too i was expecting toooooo much......
In the college ....oh never.......!

But this time ...so dangerous time.....because money in the mind....every time.....
It has merged into habit....ok it becomes habit ......more more n more...
CAR, BIKE ,BUNGALOW OR GIRLFRIEND...MOREOVER WHEN SHE WILL HOLD YOUR HAND!!!!!!!!!!!!

I remember ....i started blogging just for the mental peace.
Long back not on blogger ..that time at blogsource.....
One thing i want to say.....one day a girl asked-"are you in love???
I shocked ....A man starts to write when he is in love ....but in my case so many infatuations.....love starts when you come closer....Oh its my luck or bad luck not a single girl proposed.......or accepted....
Oh its my pleasure....

Here i m just for making me alive and making for fun.....for me love is just an understanding.......and i m waiting for that understanding.....
